How to serve pastis?

2cl pastis
10cl water
add 1 or 2 ice cubes

Do not keep your pastis in the refrigerator.

Variations:
Perroquet: with mint syrup
Tomate: with a dash of grenadine
Mauresque: with almond syrup

1 sugar syrup
3 to 5 water
