Fertilizer - Research Levels

The fertilizer developed in the Research Center affects all the plants.

By watering without fertilizer the growth-time is reduced by 5%; every step further in research reduces the growth-time by another 1%. You can do research in 15 steps which means you could take 20% off of the total growth time of your plants (or 25% once you have completed quest 93).
